Re Orginized

I didnt like how the forums showed all of the stuff at once, so i found what i was looking for and re organised it a little bit. So hopefully it looks a little bit better and you guys enjoy it more than the other layout. If not i can change it back.

I usualy like forums like this, the last version of the forums was that way but it was because we had the wrong setting applied. i found it and edited it and hopefully it works better this way.
