GM Broadcast

I was thinking if you could make a way to get the GM/PM broadcasts open up a new chat window. People sometimes overlook the text in the middle of the screen, so if you had it open up a new chat window there is no excuse for missing it.

If you did that idea too you could have a 130+ broadcast system. It would use the current broadcasting system that gms use, so it would be like Red Text int he middle of the screen or blue or whatever color. Make it cost 100 cps to use or an item that you have to donate for. Like an item that doesnt drop. Lets say a (m) Sash. Right click it and a chat window popps up, User imputs there text then hits submit and it goes up like the gm text does in the middle.
